Health

Reap the rewards of regenerating your health and body.  According to an American Cancer Society study, as soon as you snuff out that last cigarette, your body begins a series of physiological changes:

  • Within 20 minutes: Blood pressure, body temperature and pulse rate drop to normal
  • Within 8 hours: Smoker’s breath disappears.  The carbon monoxide level in the blood drops and the oxygen level rises to normal.
  • Within24 hours: Chance of heart attack decreases
  • Within 48 hours: Nerve endings start to regroup.  Ability to taste and smell improves.
  • Within three days: Breathing is easier.
  • Within two to three months: Circulation improves.  Walking becomes easier.  Lung capacity increases up to 30 percent.
  • Within one to nine months: Sinus congestion and shortness of breath decreases.  Cilia that sweep debris from your lungs grow back.  Energy increases.
  • Within one year:  Excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a person who smokes.
  • Within two years:  Heart attack risk drops to near normal.
  • Within five years:  Lung cancer death rate for average former pack-a-day smoker decreases by almost half.  Stroke risk is reduced.  Risk of mouth, throat and esophageal cancer is half that of a smoker.
  • Within 10 years: Lung cancer death rate is similar to that of a person who does not smoke.  The precancerous cells are replaced.
  • Within 15 years:  Risk of coronary heart disease is the same as a person who has never smoked.

 

Those are literally life-changing reasons to quit smoking.  I am here to help you achieve the goal of becoming a non-smoker.

Who am I?

I’m Paula Winchel and I am a certified hypnotherapist and pro-EFT Practitioner. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to helping my clients actually get over their issues and live the life they deserve.  I’ve had great success with smoking cessation over the years, but have been frustrated because my success rate was less than 100%, so I created a comprehensive Breakthrough Program that gives smokers every powerful advantage to help them make the change as safely, quickly and comfortably as possible with the greatest potential for success.  I am on a mission to change the way people think about quitting smoking, or making any big changes.  For permanent change, it’s imperative that it happens first on a subconscious and energetic level.  Then conscious strategies can be successfully implemented to support the new habits or healthier, happier ways of being.

How is your Break Free From Smoking Intensive Program different from the traditional quit-smoking methods?

My program is different from other traditional methods because we work to tap into the subconscious where the root of the problem exists.  My program eliminates the problem rather than simply dealing with the symptoms.

I have brought together years of experience, collected the best mind and energy techniques and put them together into a comprehensive program that gives you your best chance at success.

What is the client’s role in the program?

You need to truly want to quit smoking.  You have to want it.  You cannot want to do it for someone else while deep down you are not ready to quit.  I do not have special powers to make you want to quit, but I can help you solidify your decision and to ease your fears.

You must be open to a different way and willing to work the program.  The old ways have not worked for you.  Being open to a different method is key.
